Frequently asked questions

A little more detail, whenever you need it.

What does CueVerity do?

We research business changes that may create a need for your services, then package the evidence and a suggested next step in an opportunity brief.

Who is it for?

B2B service providers looking for relevant accounts to approach. Commercial cleaning is our first focus. We review other markets for fit before offering a first free lead.

What is in an opportunity brief?

Tier 1 includes the target business, the relevant signal, source evidence and dates, and why it may fit your services. Tier 2 adds a recommended person or role, the evidence for that recommendation, and an opening angle. We flag when a named decision-maker cannot be established. Tier 3 adds a source-supported business contact route and ready-to-adapt outreach templates. Source verification does not guarantee inbox delivery. The five-opportunity pilot requires these fields on every record; missing promised information does not count as a complete delivery.

Are these businesses ready to buy?

Not necessarily. A move or expansion can suggest a need without confirming buying plans. You still need to qualify the opportunity. We do not guarantee meetings, contracts, or revenue.

How is a lead checked?

Each brief is organized around service fit, the business signal, supporting source information, review timing, and what is observed versus inferred. Gaps or unavailable contact details are identified rather than filled with guesses.

What if there is no credible match?

We tell you when the available information does not support a useful lead. A request is a fit review, not a promise that a matching opportunity exists.

How is this different from a company list?

A list tells you who exists. The research work is finding the relevant detail, cross-checking it, checking whether it is current, and connecting it to your services. A CueVerity brief brings that work together with evidence you can review.

How does the free-lead request work?

Share your services, market, and ideal customers. The form records your request directly. We review your services and market, then follow up by email about fit and availability for one free Tier 1 lead: the company, business change, supporting evidence, fit, and limitations. Decision-maker research and outreach materials belong to the higher tiers.

Couldn’t I research this myself?

Yes—the underlying sources may be public. CueVerity handles the searching, cross-checking, timing checks, and organization that turn scattered information into a lead brief, so your team can spend its time on outreach.

Do I need a subscription?

No subscription is required to request a first free lead. The one-time pilot is $250 for five Tier 3 opportunities, delivered within 10 business days after coverage and scope are agreed. It has no automatic renewal. See the deliverables and replacement/refund policy. A free request does not commit you to paid work.

Will you contact prospects for me?

The website offer is research and a suggested approach. You start the conversation. Any additional outreach support would need a separate agreement.

Are opportunities exclusive?

Only if exclusivity is explicitly included in a separate agreement. A free-lead request does not reserve an account or territory.

How do I ask a question or report an error?

Email josh@cueverity.com. Include the page or brief you are referring to, without sending sensitive personal information.
